Bashaer Kilani

Bashaer Kilani has extensive experience in educational leadership and technology integration, currently serving as the Head of School Implementation at Alef Education since August 2018, where previous roles included Academic Relationship Manager and E-Learning and Training Specialist. Prior to this, Kilani worked at the Higher Colleges of Technology as a Technical Studies Program Faculty Member, providing support in training material development. Additional experience includes positions as Academic Program Coordinator and IT Lecturer at FCHS, ICT Head of Department at the Institute of Applied Technology, and IT Instructional Supervisor at the Abu Dhabi Education Council. Bashaer Kilani holds a Master's in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership from ADU and has achieved various certifications in technology and training methodologies from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School Online.
