Khaled Qaderee

Khaled Qaderee has worked in the technology industry since 2006. In 2018, they became the Head of Revenue at Alef Technology, where they are currently reporting to the CEO and leading the Sales, Procurement & logistics and software development team. Their duties include leading the company sales team, managing the annual budget, looking for new opportunities, maintaining company relationships with clients, partners and suppliers, expanding company outreach, and making project cost/benefit analyses. Khaled is also involved in business development to generate new sources of revenue for the company.

Prior to this role, Khaled held the position of CTO at PARSA Technologies Limited from 2012-2018. In this role, they led an ICT team of 10 resources to lead and manage all software and VAS (VoIP, IVR, SMS and call center) projects. Khaled was accountable for leading the project in terms of project management, customer relationship, technical assessments and management, as well as managing customer and mobile operators' relationships with the company.

From 2013-2018, Khaled worked as Project Manager & Call Center Consultant at New Kabul Bank (NKB). In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing and developing new products for the company's call center and IVR services. Khaled also managed mobile operators' relationships and led the execution of call center services.

Khaled's first role in the technology industry was Head of Product Development at Alef Technology from 2006-2012. Khaled initiated this engagement as Network Administrator, supervising 2 resources for supporting the network (LAN/WAN) of 550 users, 260 client computers and 30 servers in three different domains.

Khaled Qaderee's education history includes a BCS in Computer Science from Kabul University between 2003 and 2006. Khaled also took online courses to obtain a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003 in Information Technology (System Admin) from 2007 to 2008. In 2012, Khaled received a Blue Coat Certified ProxySG Administrator (BCCPA) & Blue Coat Cache flow administration from Global Knowledge in Dubai, UAE. Khaled also obtained a PMP from Koenig Solutions in New Delhi, India in 2012. Lastly, they received a Digium Certified Asterisk Professional (dCAP) from Enterux Solutions in Mumbai, India in 2009.
