Nick Talcott

Nick Talcott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations analysis and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Quality Analyst at Alegeus since October 2022, Nick utilizes speech analytics to automate quality assurance processes, analyze business impacts, and generate reports on key call metrics.
