Michele Safar Pinkus has extensive experience in hotel and restaurant management, currently serving in a managerial role at Alejandro 1 Hotel since June 2019, overseeing one of the largest five-star hotels in the province. Prior experience includes consulting for hospitality businesses, developing quality standards, and implementing management systems. Michele also owned and managed a quick-service restaurant for nearly ten years and held senior management positions at CASA REAL HOTEL, where responsibilities included operational management across various departments. With a strong educational background in tourism and hotel management, including degrees from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and INCAE Business School, Michele combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in hospitality operations.
