N "Tyler" Tyler has been with ALEKS Corporation since October 2001, currently serving as a Senior Advanced Customer Solutions Specialist. In this role, Tyler focuses on assisting K12 customers while collaborating with McGraw-Hill Education and Implementation teams. Prior positions at ALEKS include Senior Sales Consultant and Trainer, Manager of Technical Sales Support, Associate Manager of Technical Sales Support, and Customer Support roles, where Tyler provided comprehensive support for both MAC and PC users, including product training and customization. Previously, Tyler worked at Flashcom Inc as a Technical Support Supervisor, managing email communications for the Technical Support and Customer Care departments. Tyler earned a BA in Women's Studies from California State University, Fullerton, between 2006 and 2009.
