Brajesh Shukla is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Brajesh has held various positions in the Intellectual Property Cell of different pharmaceutical companies, where BRAJESH has been involved in a wide range of IP related activities, including FTO strategies for formulations development, ANDA filing, and patentability evaluation. Brajesh has provided technical support to legal teams during litigation/patent oppositions and regulatory affairs. In addition, Brajesh has a Bachelor of Laws in Legal Studies and a PG diploma in Pharma Regulatory Affairs, showcasing their diverse skill set in the pharmaceutical and legal fields.
