Sergio Monjo Puchol is currently working as an RF Engineer at Alén Space since January 2021. Prior to that, from May 2019 to January 2021, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Electrosoni S.L., where they were responsible for RF communication system design, including power amplifier design and PCB design.
From November 2017 to May 2019, Sergio worked as a Product Development Engineer at INSTER, where they were involved in the design and development of Satcom on the Move and Manpack systems. This included complete system design, protocol specification, and technical documentation.
From October 2016 to November 2017, Sergio worked as a Development Engineer at Indra, where they focused on the design, development, and integration of Radar Electronic Support Measurement (RESM) systems. Sergio'sresponsibilities included subsystem configuration, system design, communication definition, and protocol specification.
In January 2016, Sergio worked as a Research Assistant at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they were involved in the design of reflectarrays based on liquid crystal. This included unit cell design, programming phase parametrization algorithms, and reflectarray manufacturing.
Sergio also has internship experience at Huawei Technologies from July 2015 to December 2015 and at ELECNOR from September 2014 to May 2015.
Sergio Monjo Puchol started their education journey at Liceo San Pablo, where they pursued their Bachillerato with a focus on Tecnologia. Sergio attended this institution from 2006 to 2008. Following this, Sergio enrolled at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2008 to 2013. During their time there, they pursued a Grado en ingenieria de sistemas de comunicaciones with a field of study in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones.
