Lee Herman

Lee Herman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in sales finance and revenue growth management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Finance & Revenue Growth Management at AlEn USA since January 2020, Lee previously held significant finance roles at Dean Foods, including Director of FP&A for the Frozen Business Unit, where oversight of a $1B Ice Cream Business Unit involved leading a team in financial planning and analysis. Lee’s career also includes key positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA and FULL PAK BULK CONTAINERS, focusing on sales strategy, trade marketing, and financial analytics. Lee holds an MBA in International Business from Tulane University and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
