James Tiller has extensive experience in the roofing and manufacturing industries, beginning as a Sales Estimator at JF Baker's Sons Roofing Contractors, where responsibilities included supervision and the initiation of a safety program. James progressed to become Chief Executive Officer at Tiller Roofing, Inc., leading the company for a decade. Currently, James serves as an Account Manager at Alene Candles, transitioning from roles in quality and production supervision. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Christian University.
