Rod Harl

Rodney Harl is an experienced executive currently serving as Chairman, President, and CEO of Alene Candles, a manufacturer of home fragrance products, since January 2009. Rodney has also been a Managing Partner at Silver Beacon Partners LLC since April 2008. Previously, Rodney held the position of Vice President of Operations at Brandwise, Inc., where responsibilities included founding the company and developing its product strategy from March 2001 to June 2006. Early in Rodney's career, a role as Project Engineer at Merck & Co., Inc. involved overseeing technology and manufacturing for a vaccine joint venture. Rodney Harl holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (2000) and a dual BS in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (1994).
