Anja Buchheiser

Anja Buchheiser is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead People Partner at Aleph Alpha since May 2025. Prior to this role, Anja worked at MBition GmbH for nearly four years, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Operations, and People & Organizational Development, along with supporting department heads as an HR Business Partner. Anja’s background also includes positions at HERE Technologies, where contributions spanned from Human Resources Consultant to Sr. HR Generalist and HR Generalist, with a focus on talent engagement and employee relations in the EMEA region. Anja began a career in human resources at Brose as a Working Student in 2014. Anja holds a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
