Carsten Dirks

Carsten Dirks is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aleph Alpha since February 2024. Previously, Dirks held the COO role at powercloud GmbH from January 2022 to December 2023 and at Open-Xchange from January 2012 to December 2021. Dirks began a notable career at Interactive Data as Global Managing Director Managed Solutions from February 2001 to December 2011, overseeing the global wealth management business unit. Prior to that, Dirks worked at SAP from January 1995 to January 2001 as Vice President/Program Director, focusing on implementation toolkits for SAP R/3 and AcceleratedSAP for various industries. Dirks earned an MBA in Business from Goethe University Frankfurt between 1990 and 1994 and completed a Graduate Management Program in Business Administration and Management at Clemson University in 1992-1993.
