Ilhan Scheer

Ilhan Scheer currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Aleph Alpha since August 2025. Previously, Scheer held multiple roles at Accenture from March 2021 to June 2025, including Global Lead for Products, where efforts focused on launching AI solutions that integrated decision intelligence and large-language models. Additionally, Scheer was Managing Director and Global Lead for Product Innovation, specializing in AI SaaS solutions that leverage people-analytics for workforce enhancement. Prior to joining Accenture, Scheer founded and led fable+, part of Accenture, from April 2013 to January 2023. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Magister Artium in Political Science from Heidelberg University, among other degrees.
