Joel Alenchery

Joel Alenchery is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Aleph Alpha since June 2025, Joel previously played a pivotal role at Forto from March 2022 to May 2025 as the founding leader of the UI Platform team, focusing on frontend development and cross-disciplinary collaboration. With a background as a Principal Software Architect at VoiceReach, Joel contributed to the design and launch of two major products while executing agile software development practices. Earlier experience includes a Tech Lead position at CitiusTech and a Senior Software Engineer role at ISG eSolutions, emphasizing architecture design and application maintenance. Joel holds a PG-Dip in Internet and Enterprise Computing from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
