Hugo Herter has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Hugo started as a Software Engineer at Adapptor Pty Ltd in 2011 and then moved on to work as a Web Media Consultant at Audaxis later that year. In 2013, they became a Software Project Engineer at Railnova before transitioning to the role of Teaching Assistant at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) - ULB in 2018. Hugo then worked as a Software Engineering Consultant for OKESO from 2016 until their most recent role as the Chief Technology Officer at aleph.im, which they started in 2020.
