Shani Boger

Shani Boger is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Aleph since November 2020, Shani is responsible for the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial performance to inform strategic decision-making. Previously, Shani held the position of Financial Controller at both Aleph and Pollogen, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and managing financial transactions. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at EY, leading audits for large private companies and preparing financial statements in accordance with Israeli GAAP and IFRS. Shani holds a degree from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in 2013.
