Yael Elad

Yael Elad is an experienced finance and investment professional currently serving as an Operating Partner at Aleph VC since July 2013. Prior to this role, Yael was the CFO and Founder of Kiminis, providing consulting services on private investments to institutional investors, family offices, and funds. Yael's previous experience includes significant roles at Harel Insurance, where a $1 billion private investment portfolio was restructured, and Clal Insurance, where Yael led alternative investments and achieved a fourfold increase in the total portfolio. Early career experiences include senior consulting at PwC focusing on IT implementations for telecom companies and consulting roles at Charles River Associates and ComScience Minds. Yael holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Brown University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
