Adam Gągol has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Adam co-founded Aleph Zero in 2018 and served as the CTO, focusing on developing a post-blockchain, DAG-based distributed ledger protocol. During this time, they aimed to establish Aleph as the next open-sourced standard for the DLT industry. In 2021, Adam worked as a Technical Advisor at Minterest Finance for a few months. Prior to these roles, they worked at Jagiellonian University as a Senior Data Scientist from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they focused on analyzing neuroimaging and electrophysiology data and utilizing Machine Learning techniques to model brain dynamics.
Adam Gągol began their education at Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from 2006 to 2011. After completing their master's degree, they furthered their education at Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. There, they worked towards obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mathematics from 2013 to 2019.
