Yau Loong Kwong

Yau Loong Kwong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relations and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Alepo since May 2019, Yau Loong has previously held the role of Senior Business Development Manager at Unifiedcomms Group from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included developing account management plans for the VAS markets across Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar, as well as creating innovative business models. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2008, Yau Loong was a Corporate Account Manager at TIME dotCom Berhad, focusing on managing diverse accounts and executing effective engagement and retention strategies. Yau Loong holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Tasmania.
