Barb Cote is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience spanning several key roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Alera Group | Relph Benefit Advisors since March 2014, Barb focuses on resolving challenges in employee benefits administration and medical plan cost control for clients. Previous experience includes a role as a Marketing Consultant at CoteCreative, where strategic planning and branding for a non-profit were key responsibilities, and Director of Marketing at Rochester Optical, overseeing a creative team for a growing eye care business. Additionally, Barb worked as Creative Director at SIGMA Marketing Group, leading marketing analytics and strategy initiatives.
