David Wells

David Wells currently serves as the VP of Regional Sales for Alera Group, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, David was a Sales Executive at Propel Insurance from June 2021 to October 2023. David's extensive experience in the insurance industry includes a position as Partner at South Risk Management, LLC from March 2012 to June 2021, where the firm provided a range of insurance services such as contract surety bonding and employee benefit plans. Additionally, David held the role of Vice President/Sales at BB&T Insurance Services Inc. from January 1997 to March 2012. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Clemson University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
