Jill Olshefke

Jill Olshefke serves as the Senior Director of Client Service Operations for Employee Benefits in the Midwest Region at Alera Group, Inc., a role held since October 2022. Prior to this position, Jill was with Alera Group (GCG Financial) from April 2011 to October 2022, where various titles included Director of Select Accounts and Team Lead of Select Accounts/Renewal Coordinator. Jill's professional journey also includes experience as a Substitute Personnel Supervisor for the Northern Suburban Special Education District from 1999 to 2011. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albion College.
