Kathlyn Plagge

Kathlyn (Kate) Plagge is an experienced HRIS Data Analyst currently working at Alera Group, Inc. since September 2022, specializing in UKG UltiPro and Workforce Management/Dimensions. Previously, Plagge served as an HR Data Specialist at Bankers Trust from March 2021 to June 2022 and held the position of Relationship Banker at Bank Iowa in mid-2020. Additionally, Plagge had a brief tenure as a Mortgage Processing Intern at Bank Iowa in 2020 and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern during the summers of 2018 and 2019 at the same institution. Plagge holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as education from the University of Stirling.
