Natalie Dicecca

Natalie DiCecca, CIC, currently serves as Vice President and Leader of P&C Solutions and P&C Technology Services at Alera Group, Inc., a position held since January 2022. Previously, Natalie was a Partner at Gordon Atlantic Insurance, an Alera Group Company, from July 2014 until February 2024. Prior experience includes roles in sales support at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and MassMutual Financial Group, as well as serving as a Senior Analyst at the Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts from 1999 to 2008. Currently pursuing an MBA at Suffolk University, Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Mathematics from Assumption University, completed in 2005, and graduated from Fontbonne Academy in 2001.
