Gene Moundous

Gene Moundous has extensive experience in the scientific field, currently serving as Project Lead at VeraSci since February 2013 and as a Lab Technician at Alera Labs, LLC since August 2011. In the Lab Technician role, Gene is responsible for the preparation of solutions and samples, conducting analyses using various sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, GC/MS, and UV-Vis spectrometry, and managing laboratory safety and compliance with SOPs. Gene's background includes a tenure as Training Development Supervisor in the US Navy from October 2004 to October 2009. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from North Carolina State University.
