Jodi Starkman

Jodi Starkman is the Director at Aleria Research. Jodi has previously worked as the EVP and COO Consulting at ORC Worldwide, where they were in charge of global operations and directed global networks of HR professionals. Starkman has also served as the Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting - People & Organization and as an Associate Partner at IBM Business Consulting Services.

Jodi Starkman has a BA in Neuroscience/Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. Jodi also has an MPS in Health Services Administration from The New School. In addition, they are a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching. Finally, they have a Reimagining Leadership: A Playbook for the Digital Economy from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
