Kimberly Strong

Kimberly Strong is the Director at Aleria Research. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Target from January 2004 to December 2016. In this role, Kimberly was responsible for increasing awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion for over 366,000 team members across 1,795 stores and 38 distribution centers. Kimberly also collaborated with the senior vice president of human resources, human resources directors, and diversity analytics team on ways to identify, track, and measure KPIs including retention. In addition, Kimberly partnered with external organizations such as Catalyst, Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Kimberly'spanic Association of Corporate Responsibility (HACR), and Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP) to share Target's D&I efforts and solidify relationships.
