Paolo Gaudiano is a prominent figure in the field of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), serving as the Founder and Chief Scientist at Aleria since February 2017, where the focus is on leveraging D&I to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction. As Co-Founder and President of Aleria Research Corporation since October 2018, Paolo aims to foster inclusion and equality through rigorous scientific research. In addition to these roles, Paolo is an Adjunct Associate Professor at NYU Stern School of Business and a contributor to Forbes, co-authoring the blog "The Complexity of Diversity." Previous endeavors include co-founding Concentric and Infomous, Inc., where Paolo contributed to advancing organizational decision-making and content consumption, respectively. Significant academic qualifications include a PhD in Cognitive and Neural Systems from Boston University, alongside degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
