Ronald F. Cinnella has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ronald F. began their career as a Cost Accountant at Howmedia in 1983 and then moved on to work as a Cost Accountant at Datascope in 1988. In 1990, they joined American Bank Note as an Accounting Manager and held this position until 1996. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Cost Accounting Manager at Coach Leatherware. Ronald then joined Paradigm Packaging as a Financial Controller in 1997 and stayed with the company until 2005.

In 2005, Ronald joined Jet Aviation Flight Services, Inc. (Division of General Dynamics) as the Financial Controller and Business Unit CFO. In this role, they managed general ledger and financial reporting, prepared budgets and forecasts, and played a key role in strategic planning, cost controls, acquisitions, and business development. Ronald F. also contributed to staff development. Ronald continued to work at Jet Aviation Flight Services until 2018.

After leaving Jet Aviation Flight Services, Ronald took on the position of CFO at Alerion Aviation in 2018. In this role, they oversee the financial operations of the company.
