Selam Welday

Selam Welday is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief IT Architect at Aleris Norge since August 2025, Selam previously held the position of Head of IT at Dibber Sverige, managing IT for an education organization with approximately 550 schools globally. Other notable positions include Management Consultant at Centigo, where strategic IT solutions and change management for GDPR compliance were developed, and IT Solutions Manager at Ambea, overseeing financial systems for around 12,000 employees.
