Lee Grassis

Lee Grassis is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at AlerisLife since January 2022, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults. Previously, Lee held the same title at Five Star Senior Living since March 2011, where a transition to AlerisLife occurred. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Regional Recruiter at Kindred Healthcare from January 2007 to February 2011, and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Norton Rehab Group from 2004 to 2007.
