Shari Rivera has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the senior living industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at AlerisLife since June 2010, Shari Rivera also held the position of Corporate Manager of Sales Engagement and Enablement. Prior to this, Shari Rivera worked at Five Star Senior Living for over eleven years, occupying roles such as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities throughout Shari Rivera's career have included driving internal and external sales to enhance census, fostering community involvement, and managing forecasting, budgeting, event planning, and advertising initiatives.
