Scott Stenclik

Scott Stenclik is the current CEO of Aleron Shared Resources, Inc. and has been in this position since July 2018. Scott was previously the CEO of Superior Group from August 1986 to July 2018. Stenclik has over 40 years of experience in executive management, strategic planning, sales, business development, and financial management. Scott has a successful track record of leading organizations and expanding their scope of services.

Stenclik began their career in 1979 as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Scott was responsible for various aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and SSAE16 certification. In 1986, they left Ernst & Young to become the CEO of Superior Group. Under their leadership, Superior Group became a leading provider of staff augmentation, workforce solutions, VMS, RPO, BPO and CAD outsourcing services. Scott also developed national recruiting programs and implemented a National Recruiting Center of Excellence.

In July 2018, Stenclik became the CEO of Aleron Shared Resources, Inc., where they are responsible for executive management and oversight of company operations. Scott has continued to expand the scope of services offered by Aleron and has been instrumental in the company's success.

Scott Stenclik attended The Wharton School and earned a B.S. in Economics with a focus in Accounting.
