Jay Jurci serves as the Special Agent in Charge at the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation, with a focus on leading initiatives as a DEA group supervisor and Initiative Commander of the Opioid Task Force within the North Central HIDTA. In addition to this role, Jurci is engaged as a DEA Group Supervisor and has been a Protective Intelligence Counterpart for the United States Secret Service, providing protection and intelligence support for high-profile visits in Wisconsin. Jurci also contributes to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College and instructs ALERRT training for international law enforcement. Previous experience includes serving as an FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force Officer and a Deputy Director at the Wisconsin Statewide Intelligence Center, along with various detective roles at local law enforcement agencies.
