William Tupua

William Tupua currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Alert Alarm Hawaii since October 2024 and is an Advisory Council Member at Headsets.com since November 2021. Previously, William held roles at Toshiba Business Solutions and Toshiba America Business Solutions from August 2011 to October 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Service and Vice President of Service & Operations for the Hawaiian Islands. Prior experience includes Customer Solutions Manager at Diebold Incorporated, overseeing service teams across the Pacific, and Production Manager at Eastman Kodak, managing film and print production. William holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which was completed between April 2004 and July 2008.
