Pedro Teixeira

Pedro Teixeira is a seasoned IT consultant with extensive experience in system implementation and analysis across various sectors. Since May 2008, Pedro has been at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, focusing on the development of Vaccination and Medication Modules utilizing Oracle Database technologies. Prior to this role, Pedro worked at Vodafone, engaged in process and revenue assurance through the RAID Revenue Assurance software, and at Banco Best, where the financial portal was developed using Siebel CRM applications. Earlier experience includes implementing a call center for Zurich Insurance and conducting specialized research in information systems and networking at INESC, with a focus on programming in C++. Pedro holds an ongoing specialization in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro, alongside qualifications in conflict management and Siebel consultancy.
