Lou Caputzal

Lou Caputzal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and customer success management within the security technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Solutions at Vector Flow since June 2021, Lou leads initiatives in Digital Transformation, utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance visibility and management of Cyber-Physical and Identity risks. Prior roles include Strategic Account Manager at STANLEY Security, where Lou contributed to the launch of a significant Identity & Access Management platform and built a sales pipeline exceeding $5 million in under six months. As Director of Customer Success at HID Global, Lou established the global customer success office and managed a portfolio of over 150 accounts, leading to an annual recurring revenue of $20 million. Lou's earlier experience spans sales engineering and support roles at Tyco Security Products, Teledyne FLIR, and Computershare, demonstrating a strong background in technical implementations and customer relations.
