Charissa Stowers

Charissa Stowers serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Development at AlertMedia, where responsibilities include establishing and executing the company's Learning and Development function and leading internal communications and change management initiatives. As the Owner of Moon Studio, Charissa designs solutions that tackle complex challenges related to design, communication, and learning. Previously, Charissa held various roles at Pandora, contributing to organizational redesign, skills gap analysis, and innovative learning programs. Charissa's earlier experience includes formulating nationwide training strategies at LearnUp and managing training programs at Lark Technologies. Educational achievements include a BA in Telecommunications with a Spanish minor from Baylor University, an M.A. in Education: Communication Arts from Webster University, and ongoing studies at Parsons School of Design.
