Growing up in a small town in northern Wisconsin and raised by self-employed parents, Heather has always understood the value of hard work, dedication, and integrity. She brings this same work ethic to each and every client, each every time. As a mortgage banker on the Randi Livon Team at Alerus, Heather works alongside other professionals who believe helping people must come first. They are known for their timely responses, attention to detail, and a dedication to finding the best product for each client. Heather works with many realtors and financial advisors to help clients navigate their homeownership needs.

She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate, creating a natural path to the mortgage industry.
