Justin Hoban

Justin has nearly two decades of experience in the Twin Cities mortgage industry. Beginning at Prime Mortgage in 2002, he and his business partner, Cheryl Hoban, moved to Residential Mortgage Group (now Alerus) in 2007. Justin’s extensive history in the industry provides him with the knowledge to find creative solutions to meet his clients’ needs and goals. Additionally, his position with Alerus allows him to offer clients stability along with a common sense approach. From FHA and VA to conventional or portfolio products, Justin’s clients and referrals can trust they are getting the expertise they deserve.

Justin graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2002 with a degree in entrepreneurship.
