Karen has been in the financial services industry since 2006, and has served in various functions exposing her to a wide variety of clients and processes. When Alerus merged with Beacon Bank in 2016, Karen served as branch manager of the Eden Prairie office.
Today, as a senior financial guide, Karen works with individuals, families, and business clients to provide comprehensive financial advice. Her focus is personal lending, deposit products, and enhancing personal and business relationships. She takes pride in the many long-term relationships she has built and enjoys exceeding her clients’ expectations. Karen believes everyone has a unique story and strives to create a customized solution for every situation.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has volunteered her time and skills to many organizations in Eden Prairie throughout her career, and currently serves on the finance committee for the Eden Prairie Foundation.
