Karin Taylor

Karin Taylor joined Alerus as chief risk officer in November 2018. She brings years of industry experience with her, including distinct background in risk management. She most recently served as chief risk officer at MidWestOne Bank and prior as chief risk officer for Central Bank, which was acquired by MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc. in 2015. Prior to these roles, Karin served as director of risk management consulting at RSM McGladrey.

Karin received a Bachelor of Art degree from St. Olaf College and also graduated with honors from the Graduate School of Banking in 2018.
