Kim has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and with Alerus Mortgage since 2009. During her career she has helped hundreds of clients achieve their dreams. She is committed to helping clients at all stages of their lives, from first-time home buyers to empty-nesters. She believes in a lifelong relationship, not just a single transaction. Kim strives not only to provide excellent customer service, but competitive products and worry-free closings as well.
Kim grew up in a small town in northwestern Minnesota and graduated from Moorhead State University in 1987 with a degree in marketing.

It operates through four segments: Banking, Retirement and Benefit Services, Wealth Management and Mortgage.
