Martin established and managed multiple law firms, including Koczanowicz & Hale and Koczanowicz & Donaldson, focusing on municipal law, land use, environmental law, and business litigation. Martin's career also includes significant litigation experience as a Deputy City Attorney in Fresno and as an Associate Attorney in various law firms. Martin earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law.
