Laura Polinoro

Laura Polinoro has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Laura is currently a Metaproject Designer at Polinoro - Rotella since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at Domus Academy from September 2017. One of their notable experiences was at Alessi, where they held multiple roles including being the Founder of Centro Studi Alessi and Founder and Art Director of the Alessi Study Center. Laura also founded and directed the LPWK Design Studio, where they worked as a Metaproject Designer for Alessi. Laura has also worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti and as a Visiting Professor at LABA Firenze and Designskolen Kolding. Additionally, they have served as an Art Director at Purho and participated in design workshops at Hongik University. Laura's career also includes being a Researcher at Domus Academy in 1989.

Laura Polinoro earned a Master's degree in Design, Art, and Communication from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna in 1988. Laura studied in the DAMS field at Bologna during the years 1984 to 1988.
