Lia Ciobanu Andresen

Lia Ciobanu Andresen currently serves as the Acting Department Head/Work Leader at Ålesund Biblioteket since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lia worked as a Counselor at NAV from May 2016 to May 2023 and as a Course Lecturer at Høgskulen i Volda, designing and teaching an online course on leadership and communication for students at Alecu Russo University in Moldova in March 2016. Lia holds a Continuing Education degree in Digital Images/Design and Communication in Digital Media from OsloMet (August 2022), a Master of Science in Planning and Leadership, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Volda University College (2011-2014, 2009-2011, respectively). Additionally, Lia has studied Norwegian Language and Civilization, Social Sciences at Volda University College (2008-2009) and earned a Licentiate in Pedagogy from the State University Alecu Russo in Moldova (2003-2008), with further studies at the Robert Schuman Institute in Budapest (2006-2007).
