Nicholas Grainger, MA, LPC, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Therapist at Aletheia Therapy since September 2021, focusing on providing high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services through collaborative practices. Prior experience includes roles in Life Development at Innovation 360, where efforts centered around transitioning clients from therapy to real-world settings, and technical positions at companies like Omnitracs and CACI International Inc., where technical training and system solutions were provided. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College, supplemented by an Associate of Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
