Emily Grace W.

Emily Grace W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily Grace started their career in 2007 as a Cashier and Scanning Coordinator Assistant at Drakes Supermarkets, where they provided excellent customer service, handled transactions, and assisted with inventory management. Emily Grace then moved on to Drake Supa IGA as a Cashier and Scanning Coordinator Assistant, further honing their skills in customer service, cash handling, and stock management.

In 2013, Emily joined Coles as a Service Deli Assistant, Grocery Assistant, Cashier, and Supervisor. Their responsibilities included customer service, cash handling, managing shifts, and coaching team members. Emily Grace also gained experience in MYER as a Logistics staff member for a brief period.

Starting in 2015, Emily worked at Giant Chemist as a Pharmacy Assistant and Fragrance Specialist, where they provided support in the pharmaceutical department and specialized in fragrances. Emily Grace then joined RACQ Bank in 2018 as an Operations Support Officer, where they handled data processing, provided assistance to the contact center and branch network, and collaborated with teams to improve processes.

In 2020, Emily joined Bank of Queensland as a Settlements Officer, responsible for managing settlements processes. Emily Grace also took on the role of Banking Relief Officer, where they demonstrated exceptional service, resolved problems, and improved operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Emily joined Alex Bank as a Banking Operations Officer.

Emily Grace W. completed their high school education at Gawler High School from 2006 to 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate III in Retail from Drake Supermarkets. Subsequently, in the same year, they pursued a Double Diploma in Business and Management at Martin College, completing it in 2014. In 2017, Emily Grace W. furthered their education by enrolling in a course on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Open Universities Australia.
