Delia Winke

Delia Winke has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Delia currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer Deutschland at ALEX & GROSS GmbH. Prior to this, they were the Geschäftsführerin at ajando GmbH - Next Level CRM from October 2012 to February 2022. Before that, they held positions as Head of Production, Prokuristin, and Member of the Board at Tectum Business Solutions, formerly known as Alex & Gross, from May 2000 to September 2012. Delia began their career as a Teamleiterin and Trainerin at TEMA Marketing Service, Mannheim from May 1989 to April 2000.

Delia Winke attended the University of Mannheim from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Diplom degree in Psychologie with a focus on Markt- und Werbepsychologie (Market and Advertising Psychology).
