Linda Dilley

Linda Dilley is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Application Development at Alex Lee, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Linda worked at Xoriant as a Senior Program Manager Consultant, where responsibilities included transforming business processes and providing governance for large-scale transformation programs. Linda's extensive background also includes a significant tenure at Lincoln Financial Group as Director of Information Technology, overseeing document composition across various lines of business, and leadership positions at Delhaize America, Inc. as Director and IT Senior Manager, managing IT operations and facilitating business relationship management. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a certification in Scaled Agile (SAFe 5.0) obtained in December 2021.
